Storage includes photos and thumbnails. 30 days from the event date. Extendable by 30 days at a time before expiry. After expiry: a ZIP archive for another 30 days in the organiser account. Individual photos are deleted after verified archiving; the ZIP is deleted afterwards too.

Can I use Picunora internationally?
The website and guest albums are available in German and English. Choose your event time zone and pay in EUR or USD. Payments are available where Stripe and your card provider support them; legal and regional restrictions apply.
Do our guests need an app?
No. Guests open the invitation link in the browser on their phone or computer. They do not need an account.
Who can see our photos?
Your organiser account and anyone you share the guest link with. The link is an access key: share it only with your guests. You can renew it in your album at any time, which invalidates old links.
How long are photos stored?
Your plan runs for 30 calendar days from midnight on your chosen event date in the chosen event time zone. Before expiry, you can add 30 days at a time to the existing period. Extensions can be booked until one hour before expiry and must be paid before expiry. The gallery and guest access then close. Photos are archived in a ZIP; individual originals and thumbnails are deleted only after successful creation and verification. The ZIP is available only in the organiser account until 30 calendar days after the booked period ends. It is then automatically deleted permanently. Large albums may take time to archive; status and the download deadline are shown in your account. You can book and invite guests in advance. Photo uploads open on the event date.
Which files can we upload?
JPG, PNG and WebP up to 20 MB and 25 megapixels per photo. Please export HEIC photos as JPG first. Videos are not currently supported. Original files remain available for download during the booked period.
What happens when storage is full?
Further uploads are paused. Existing photos remain accessible during the booked period. As organiser, you can upgrade to a larger plan in your album or remove photos. The upgrade costs the price difference, including any extensions already purchased. Your photos and expiry date stay the same.
Is there a subscription or automatic renewal?
No. You pay once for your event plan via Stripe. You can purchase a 30-day extension in your album when needed. There is no automatic renewal.
