Right of cancellation

If you order as a consumer, you may cancel the contract within 14 days from its conclusion without giving a reason. Inform us of your decision through a clear statement, for example by email to [email protected] or by letter to Jean Julien Lehmpfuhl, Wißmarer Weg 12, 35396 Gießen, Deutschland. Sending your cancellation before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of cancellation

Following a valid cancellation, we will refund payments received without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation. We will normally use the same payment method and will not charge a refund fee. If you expressly requested service to begin during the cancellation period, a proportionate charge for service provided up to cancellation may apply where the statutory requirements are met.
