Choose an organiser
One person manages the organiser account, books storage and keeps track of the expiry date. Allow space for videos. Storage can be upgraded before expiry, with the additional price shown before payment.
Share printed QR flyers
Design a PDF flyer in the album and place copies on tables or at reception. Explain that guests need no app or account. Uploads open on the selected event date.
Check whether link access fits your needs
Anyone with the guest link can view and download the files. Picunora is not a restricted internal document archive with individual employee sign-in. This access model may not suit confidential company information or sensitive images.
Save a selection for internal communication
Check permissions and consent before using photos on an intranet or social media. Uploading to an event album does not automatically grant permission to publish. Save important files separately before expiry.

Yes, for collecting event photos and videos, provided access through a shareable guest link meets your needs.
Can the organiser stop uploads?
Yes. The album controls let you pause uploads, remove individual files and renew the guest link. Create new QR flyers after renewing the link.
What happens after expiry?
The gallery and guest access close. Originals and thumbnails are deleted after verified ZIP archiving. The ZIP is available only in the organiser account until 30 calendar days after the storage period ends, then deleted.
