PICUNORA · SHARED MEMORIES

Collect wedding photos with a QR code. No app needed.

A QR code on your wedding tables brings guest photos and videos into one shared album. With Picunora, guests scan the code, open the album in their browser and upload their memories without an app or guest account. Design your own QR flyer and download a printable PDF, so you can collect every guest’s perspective without chasing pictures across separate chats.

Prepare your wedding album

Create an event with your wedding date and the time zone of your venue. Once booked, you can share the private guest link before the wedding. Your 30 calendar days start at midnight on the selected event date. Photo and video uploads open on that day and remain available throughout the booked 30 days, or longer if extended.

Collect wedding photos with a QR code

Design a QR flyer in your album with your own text and colours. PDF downloads are included in every plan, with A4, A5 and A6 formats available. Print your design for the tables or reception. Guests scan the code, open the album in their browser and select their photos and videos. A short note on each table helps guests remember: uploads remain open throughout the booked storage period, including after the celebration.

What should your wedding QR card say?

For example: “Our wedding through your eyes: scan the QR code and share your photos and videos. No app needed. Thank you for celebrating with us!” Add the actual expiry date from your album. Print a test copy and scan it with a phone before printing the full batch. Keep strong contrast, a clear margin around the code and a readable size. A QR code does not store photos itself: it opens the booked album.

What does a wedding album with a QR code cost?

The QR flyer editor and PDF download are included in every storage plan. You pay once for the album, with no subscription. See Plans & pricing for current final prices and storage sizes. Try the flyer editor in the example album before booking. Your own album opens for guest uploads on your selected event date after booking.

One guest link for your wedding party

Send the link with your practical wedding information or in a message to guests. They open the album in the browser on their phone or computer. Guests need neither an app nor an account. Anyone with the link can view and download photos, and add their own when uploads are open. Share the link only with your invited group.

How much storage do you need?

Picunora offers 5, 20 or 60 GB, plus custom plans from 100 to 1,000 GB. The number of photos depends on file sizes; originals and thumbnails both count towards storage. If space runs low, choose a larger plan with “More storage” in your signed-in album, or use “Custom storage upgrade” to select a total of 100 to 1,000 GB in 10-GB steps. Your photos, guest link and expiry date stay the same. The price difference is shown before payment.

After the wedding: save or extend

Download individual favourites in their original uploaded quality before expiry. If you need more time, purchase another 30 calendar days. Extensions and upgrades can be booked until one hour before expiry, and payment must be confirmed in time. After expiry, the gallery and guest access close. Individual photos are deleted after verified archiving. The ZIP is available in the organiser account until 30 calendar days after expiry and is then permanently deleted.

Which photos can guests upload?

JPG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to 50 MB and 25 megapixels per photo. Guests should export HEIC images as JPG first. MP4, MOV and WebM videos are supported up to 500 MB per file. Photos and videos can be selected together and are uploaded one after another. Ask guests to share only photos for which they have the required rights and consent. A private link does not replace that consent.
